A doujinshi I acquired from the moving sale of the mangaka Captain Garlic, better known as C.P. Garlic, in the middle of this year. This doujinshi hails from the artist Yoshiki, who went by Aizam for this particular imprint, a member of the elusive PLO, or Perfective Latent Organization. This group was an invite only BL/yaoi club featuring older fujoshi and fudanshi, however, many of these artists went on to become important authors and mangaka. This book is exceedingly rare as its a copy book and one that had limited production, given out or sold at Comiket 23.

This particular work is based on UFO Gredizer, a work that was very close to Yoshiki's heart, even into the early 1980s. Kouji Kabuto x Duke Fleed was one of the earliest Mecha BL ships and Yoshiki, even as Aizam, continued to create these works well into the early 1990s apparently based on correspondence I had with C.P. Garlic.

For people like that, I’ve prepared a proper countermeasure.

First, please prepare glue, paste, or cellophane tape.

Now, take pages 8 and 9, and glue them together so they don’t open separately.

If you do that— oh, how mysterious—
the 10-page illustration becomes the ending,
and it turns into a story that finishes properly and seriously,
so you get a two-in-one practical manga you can enjoy both ways!
