[河惣益巳 F.C. Winchester / M.S.S.] WINCHESTER Vol. III - 2月 (1984) 昭和 59 年

Acquired from M's storage sale. This particular F.C. journal focuses on Masumi Kawasou's yaoi / BL work Touring Express (ツーリング・エクスプレス). First published in 1980, the series follows Charles, a sharp detective working for Interpol in Paris, and Dean, a mysterious and highly skilled elite assassin. Charles frequently finds himself entangled in dangerous international cases brought about by Dean, leading to a complex, high-stakes attraction between the two men.

"Editor's Note! (Edit kōki!)

How is everyone doing? Happy New Year!

(It feels strange to be saying this now, doesn't it?) It feels like it's been such a long time since we last met.

I'm sorry for the delay… (I've been slacking off, slacking off!)

I started soliciting manuscripts on November 5th of last year. The manuscripts were finally ready, I think, by January 23th. The year had completely passed me by!

And that's why I could only manage 32 pages… Sob!

So, for Winchester Vol. 4 (which is supposed to be the real anniversary/commemorative issue), I'm thinking of trying to make it around 40–70 pages. Everyone, please help me out!

Let's see… Since publication has slipped into February, LA-MAL will not be published. I've written about the reasons in the upcoming Vol. 4, so please understand. I'm sorry about that. There's not much point in apologizing now, so let's work hard toward Vol. 4!

New publication: M.S.S. (Winchester) circle magazine, Winchester Vol. 4.

On April 15, an event called Minikomi Street will be held at the Kobe International Exhibition Hall in Sannomiya, Kobe (Port Island). M.S.S. will be participating as well.

Anyone who would like to see it, attend, or participate should contact Jr. by return postcard."
